Mr. Ashok Chhajer : Chairman & Managing Director

Is a Founder & Promoter of Arihant Group He holds the key position of Chairman & Managing Director in the company. He has been augmented with 20 years of varied experience in Cloth Trading & Manufacturing, Edible Oil Refinery and Real Estate with a core focus on Real Estate Business. He has initiated the real estate business in Navi Mumbai in 1994. He has been instrumental in forming brand "Arihant" and setting up various real estate projects. Since then Arihant Group, under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Chhajer, has successfully handled more than 40 projects, 35 lacs sqft of area and is one of the prominent Real Estate Developer in Mumbai region. He has imparted complete transparency and commitment to the Group which enhances good corporate governance and secures every stakeholder's interest in the company.

Mr.Nimesh Shah : Whole-Time Director

Is the Whole -Time Director & Chief Project Officer (CPO) of all the projects undertaken by Arihant. Bachelor of Engineering in Civil, he is the core person of the company having more than 17 years of experience in construction and related activities. He is actively involved in all the nuances of engineering includes detailed Planning & Execution, Project Estimations, Infrastructure & Site organization of the projects. He was Involved in several turnkey projects of Water supply & Sewerage Scheme for Govt. of Maharashtra and successfully commissioned them. He was earlier associated with Hiranandani Builder, Powai and Soham Builders, Thane.

Mr. Dinesh Babel : Independent Director

Is an Independent Director of the company and a Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also a Bachelor of Law. He has 30 years of wide-ranging corporate experience in industries like Steel, Cement, Chemical, and Engineering etc. He had associated with renowned Companies like Ispat Industries Ltd, Birla Corp. Ltd, Jai Prakash Ind. Ltd, J. K. Corp. Ltd etc. His enriched experience in the field of finance, taxation & audit help board for the better decision making in business.

Mr. Anant B. Karweer : Independent Director

Is a Civil Engineer & Diploma in Operation Management, is the former Chief Engineer & GM (Tech.) of CIDCO Ltd., Navi Mumbai. He is a professional having more than 40 years of Leadership experience in building new City Level Infrastructure Development Projects with latest technology for Housing, Commercial Complexes and experienced in all aspect of Civil Engineering, City Planning & Urban Infrastructure. His presence on Board with his expertise & experience in these areas adds value to the Company.

Mr. Virendra Kumar Mital : Independent Director

Is an Engineer from IIT - Delhi. He is a Fellow Member & Chartered Engineer of Institutes of Engineers (India). He has worked in various capacities with the Government of Rajasthan, Multinational Companies (MNCs) & other renowned companies both in India & Abroad. He has vast experience in Construction, Real Estate, Power Plants, Mining & Highway Projects.

Varaprasad Atluri : Non-Executive Director

Is appointed as non-executive Director of the Company. He is B. Sc. (Chemistry) & holding PGDip in industrial chemistry. He has 25 yrs. of experience in industrial chemical (including construction chemicals).

Anand Shah : Independent Director

Is appointed as an independent Director on Board since September, 2009. He is B. Com pass out and having sound knowledge & experience of accounts and finance.
